Merle opened Morford's Home Center in 1977, at 202 West 2nd Street, which is currently the Bean Broker. In 1987, he moved to 139 W 3rd Street. Morford's Decorating Center moved to 132 W 3rd Street, in 1995, where Merle spent the next 18 years. Today, Morford's Decorating Center, Inc is located in the old Bomgaar's building, at 1250 W 6th Street. We moved to expand to this location in the summer of 2013. The building went through an extensive remodel before we moved in.
Morford's Decorating Center is family owned and operated. Over the years, Merle and John have grown their business to employ approximately 15 people! Morford's has been providing the area with a vast selection of residential and commercial flooring. Plus, Benjamin Moore paint, Brewster wallpaper, and Graber window coverings.

We also offer convenient installation services or the necessary installation material to transform your home or office! We have a very experienced team of five installers. Hoss installs mainly residential carpet, LVT/LVP, and linoleum. Steve and Tyler handle the residential and commercial ceramic/porcelain tile installations. Ben does the hardwood floor refinishing, tile, and carpet installations.
